Mitcham Hawks Gaelic Football Club

Mitcham Football Club is one of the oldest Australian Rules football clubs in the South Australian Amateur Football League. Located at Price Memorial Oval, Hawthorn, the Hawks were established in 1908. In 2009 Mitcham has expanded into other sports, Gaelic Football, Cricket and Basketball, as a step towards becoming a larger and diverse Sports and Social club. As well as allowing the players to keep fit and stick together over the summer months.

With some players who have played for Irish Australians, Na Fianna and Angry Lepricons there will be a mix of experienced and new players.

Mitcham Hawks hope to expand to having a Woman’s Gaelic Football side in 2010.
